Grown in the villages of Mithilanchal.
Every Rootavera batch is grown by small farmers across villages in the Mithilanchal region of Bihar — starting in Sitamarhi and Madhubani and reaching across Mithila as we scale. They dry their harvest the old way — in the sun, never in ovens. We mill within two weeks and ship straight from the farm table to your kitchen.
Our produce carries GI-tagged value — a geographical indication that ties each ingredient to the land and the hands that grew it. It is your guarantee of origin, not a factory blend.
Soon, every pack will carry a QR code linking to a short processing video — so you can watch the harvest being dried, milled and sealed before it reaches you.
Grown organically. No synthetic inputs, just composted soil and rain-fed fields.
Sun-dried. Slow-dried to lock in flavour and nutrients, never heat-stripped.
Stone-milled. Small-batch milled to a fine fresh powder and sealed fast.
